A for-profit company doing two things that turn out to be the same thing: supporting cognitive outliers, and finding what is drastically underpriced.
The research half is straightforward. Applied support and research for outliers, run as a business rather than a charity, because a business that has to survive tells the truth about what works faster than a programme that does not.
The other half is a list. Every day, the thousand deepest discounts available in Sydney, ranked by how far below fair value the thing actually is.
Not a coupon site. The range runs from a phone marked down a thousand dollars to a rezoned site marked down three million, because the skill involved is identical and only the ticket changes.
Machine-assisted, and that is the least interesting part. It is mostly Jesse-assisted. He grew up broke, which is the only training that reliably produces this, and he is formidable at it in a way no model has managed to imitate. The systems widen the search. He is the one who knows what is actually a bargain.
Resourcefulness is a skill people acquire by needing it.
Which is the whole thesis of this company, arriving from a completely different direction: the capability was built by the circumstance, and almost nobody is paying for it.
